Social Skills Training

Currently accepting applications for Saturday Sessions & SOCIAL SKILLS CAMP

Social Skills Overview:

Behavior Interventions is excited to announce social skills training for children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental delays. As for all of our programs, Applied Behavior Analysis provides the foundation to design and implement effective strategies that develop your child’s skills. Social Thinking® created by Michelle Garcia Winner provide additional strategies and curriculum for our social skills program.

Program Description:

SOCIAL SKILLS SATURDAYS:  The groups meet once a week. Specific skills are targeted each week through structured interactive learning, role play, and real-time practice. Data is collected for each individual student based on the skills targeted. Previous session targets are revisited each week for further practice. Families are provided with regular updates on progress toward goals and encouraged to work on targets throughout the week.

The initial evaluation places your child into the group that best fits his/her skills and age. These groups meet on Saturdays.

Cost:  Accepting most Health Insurance (autism diagnosis required) or Private pay @ $50 an hour

SOCIAL SKILLS CAMPS:  We are excited to offer Social Skills Camp for the Summer.  Information for these camps is coming January 2017.
