Behavior Interventions, owned and operated by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, was founded in 2006.  We pride ourselves in delivering quality services and our sincere commitment to improving the lives of those we serve. We created a professional environment with full time salaried Behavior Analysts that receive a complete employment package.

Opportunities

Behavior Interventions provides ABA services for a variety of providers, i.e. school districts, intermediate units, private health insurance, cyber schools, etc. Each of these providers have different educational, training, and experience requirements.

Current contract (1099) positions at Behavior Interventions providing direct service:

  • PCA (Personal Care Assistant)
  • Behavior Technician
  • Registered Behavior Technician

Current Employed (W2) positions at Behavior Interventions:

  • Registered Behavior Technician
  • Assistant Behavior Analyst (Montgomery County, PA Only)

What is the difference between contractors vs employees?

Contractor’s work is independent and employee’s work is controlled by the agency.

When will I get paid and how often?

Payments are scheduled monthly. Terms of our billing and payment schedule is provided with your Professional Service Agreement.

How do I get referrals?

We provide you with an email each time we have a referral need.  Each referral includes: number of hours per week, location of services, and possible times the individual is available, and the Behavior Analyst assigned to the family.  In addition, our Open Referral website provides any unfilled referrals and/or unfilled substitute positions available.

What are the advantages of being a contractor?

As a contractor,

  • Flexible schedule (You may choose to accept a referral in a location and time that meets your needs)
  • You can choose to provide your services to other agencies

How do I become an employee of Behavior Interventions?

Great question! We encourage all of our contractors interested in becoming an employee begin discussing this process with the Behavior Analyst assigned to the family they are currently providing services.

What are the benefits to becoming an employee?
