Jerome Bibelheimer, M.S.Ed., BCBA Behavior Analyst & Executive
Director
Jerome graduated from Rutgers University in May 1999 with
a degree in Psychology. Since graduation he worked for a variety of agencies including the Gateway Group
Home and Family Services focusing on the social competency and mental health of children and adolescents. In May 2002, he
received a Masters of Science in Education from Temple University and accepted a position at EdBeCo, Inc. as a Behavior &
Learning Consultant. Jerome was promoted to Program Director where he developed an organizational structure
and operational procedures for the company. Jerome, co-owner/co-founder of Behavior Interventions, continued his
education by completing Penn State's certification program for Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst.

Christine Bibelheimer, M.S.Ed., BCBA Behavior Analyst & Clinical Director
Christine
graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in May 1996 with a dual major of Psychology and Anthropology. Since
graduation she worked for a variety of agencies including The Pathway School and ReMed Recovery Care Center focusing
on behavioral support to developmentally delayed children. In May 2001, she received a Masters of
Science in Education from Temple University and in December 2002 became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
During and following the completion of her Master’s Degree, Christine worked for EdBeCo, Inc. as a Behavior &
Learning Consultant. In January 2003, Christine was promoted to Clinical Director of EdBeCo, at which point
she became responsible for the supervision of all Behavior Consultants and served as a liaison to all provider companies.
Presently, Christine is co-owner / co-founder of Behavior Interventions, as she continues her success in
supporting the appropriate development of children with special needs.

Sheila Rivers, M.Ed., BCBA Behavior Analyst
Sheila has been working within the field of behavior
for almost fifteen years. After receiving a BA in English/Comminications from DeSales University in 96, she began working
at The Pathway School in Norristown PA, within the residential program--a program that targeted building life skills and prosocial
behaviors based on the principal of reinforcement. While working at Pathway for 7yrs, Sheila pursued a M.Ed at Arcadia University.
In 2003, she began teaching in the School District of Philadelphia, PA, mainly working with "at risk" students in
grades K-2. In 2005, Sheila began working as a Behavior Analyst, and pursued a post-graduate certificate in Applied Behavior
Analysis from Penn State, and subsequently became a Board Certified Beahvior Analyst. For the past six years, she has been
working in Early Intervention, creating programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis and helping to build developmentally appropriate
skills for children diagnosed with developmental delays, communication impairments and autism spectrum disorders.

Tara Curfman, M.Ed., BCBA Behavior Analyst
Tara graduated
from Millersville University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and earned an Instructional I Certificate
in Secondary Education Social Studies. After graduation, Tara worked for the Juvenile Justice Center in Philadelphia for eleven
years as both a foster care social worker and a supervising social worker. As a foster care social worker,
Tara was responsible for ensuring the educational, social, and emotional well being and safety of her clients. Many
of whom were developmentally delayed, abused, and/or neglected. As a supervisor, Tara was responsible to
provide weekly supervision to the social workers she was assigned to supervise. In addition, Tara monitored
social workers to ensure the safety of their clients and made sure that all files included the required documentation.
In January of 1996, Tara began her graduate studies in education at LaSalle University in Philadelphia.
In May of 1998, Tara graduated with a Masters degree in Education and earned an Instructional I Certificate in Elementary
and Special Education. In July of 2005, Tara joined the staff of EdBeCo, Inc. as an Education and Behavior
Consultant providing consultation, parent training, and direct services to children and families with special needs.
Tara completed a post graduate certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis in August of 2007 and in March of 2008 she
became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Lauren O'Brien, M.Ed., BCBA Behavior Analyst & Supervisor
Lauren graduated from St. Joseph's University with a B.S. in Psychology
and a minor in Sociology in 2001. She immediately began her studies at Chestnut Hill College and graduated with her
Masters Degree in Elementary Education in 2003. While in her post graduate program, Lauren accepted a position as a
Childcare Director/Pre-K teacher for the Harleysville Branch of the North Penn YMCA. It was during this time that Lauren
gained experience working with children with a variety of developmental delays and autism. In 2004, Lauren joined EdBeCo,
Inc. as a Behavior Consultant. During her time at EdBeCo, she was responsible for the development and on-going supervision
of ABA programs in the home, classroom, and community. Recently, Lauren joined Behavior Interventions to continue her
work with children and she enrolled in Penn State's certification program in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Beth Therien, M.S.Ed., BCBA Behavior Analyst & Supervisor
Beth graduated from Drexel University with her Bachelors in Psychology in 2003. While pursuing
her undergraduate degree she worked for Colonial School District as a Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS), where she was responsible
for implementing home ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Beth worked at EdBeCo, Inc. as a behavior
therapist beginning in April 2002. Her responsibilities included implementing home ABA programs for children
with special needs and providing 1:1 support for children with ASD and Developmental Delays in the classroom environment.
Beth began to pursue her Masters Degree at Temple University immediately following her undergraduate degree. She
became a Behavior Consultant at EdBeCo Inc. in 2004 where she was responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments,
developing home and school based ABA programs, and supervising the behavior therapists implementing the programs. In
2007 Beth received a Masters of Science in Education and in 2008 she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
She continued her career at EdBeCo Inc, where in addition to her Behavior Consultant duties she became the staff trainer
and mentor. Beth’s duties included training all new staff members as well as mentoring all current
staff members, and conducting staff meetings for all of the junior level consultants. Beth joined the Behavior
Interventions team in April 2010.

Kelly Adams, B.S.
Behavior Consultant
Kelly received an Associate
in Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from Reading Area Community College in 1998. While completing
her degree she taught preschool at the Pottstown Montgomery Early Learning Center for 12 years. She went
on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education/Special Education and graduated in 2008 from West Chester
University. During the completion of her degree at West Chester University she completed a practicum in
the Chester County Intermediate Unit, Coebourn Elementary School’s special education kindergarten classroom and the
Child and Career Development Center in an Extended School Year program for children grades kindergarten to third.
She joined the Behavior Interventions team in January 2009. Kelly is completing her Master's Degree in Applied
Behavior Analysis at Penn State, Harrisburg.

Donna Gebhard, M.Ed. Behavior Consultant
Donna graduated in 2001 from East Stroudsburg University
with a B.S. in Recreation and concentrated her studies in Therapeutic Recreation with a minor in Psychology. After graduation,
Donna accepted a position as a Therapeutic Support Staff with Progressions Group Inc. In 2002, Donna joined Children's Development
Program as a Behavior Aid. She implemented behavior plans and followed Individual Education Plans in her role until joining
EdBeCo Inc. While working at EdBeCo Inc., Donna was responsible for implementing home programs for children with Autism Spectrum
Disorder and developmental delays. In 2009, Donna earned her Master of Education from Alvernia University. Donna accepted
a Behavior Consulting role at Behavior Interventions and prepares to return to Penn State College where she will continue
her study of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Colleen O'Meara, M.Ed. Behavior Consultant
Colleen graduated from La Salle University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary/Special Education and
American Studies. Colleen began her career as a Behavior Therapist during her final undergraduate semester. She implemented
home and school programs that reflected the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Colleen began to gain knowledge
of Autism, developmental delays, and the related ABA interventions during these 2.5 years. In the summer of 2009 Colleen
began her graduate studies at Arcadia University. Colleen completed the Autism Certificate program in August 2010. She is
preparing to complete her Masters Degree in Education (May, 2011). Colleen accepted a Behavior Consulting position with Behavior
Interventions, Inc. where she plans to pursue her professional knowledge and experience within the field of Applied Behavior
Analysis.

Esther Bubb-McKinnie, M.S. Behavior Consultant
Esther graduated from Cheyney University with her Bachelors
in Business Administration in 2002. Esther began working as a Direct Support Professional and subsequently as Program Specialist
(PS) at Special People in Northeast, Inc. (SPIN), providing direct and administrative support to adults with disabilities.
Esther worked at Elwyn as Program Specialist and Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) providing administrative
support to adults with disabilities, while working part time at Don Guanella Village as Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS), providing
1:1 therapeutic interventions to school-aged residents. In 2008, Esther earned her MBA and began working at the Office of
Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (OIDD) where she located, coordinated and monitored services and supports for
individuals with Mental Retardation (MR) and or Mental Health (MH) diagnoses, including Autism. During this time, Esther began
to develop an interest in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). As a result, Esther began studies at
St. Joseph's University (SJU) in 2009, pursuing a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Shortly thereafter, Esther began working with Education Alternatives as an Applied Behavior Analysis/Verbal Behavior (ABA/VB)
Therapist, where she taught language, social, play, self-help, and other skills typically deficient in children with autism
using ITT and other empirically-based strategies. In 2010, Esther continued to work as an ABA/VB therapist at Educational
Alternatives while also being assigned the role of junior consultant, providing consultation services, to families, school,
and other professional team members. In 2010, Esther also began working as a Behavior Consultant/Mobile Therapist (BSC/MT)
at Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC), where she provided behavioral intervention consultation services to treatment teams
and intensive therapeutic services to children and adolescents with social, emotional, and/or behavioral needs. Esther joined
the Behavior Interventions team in January 2011 as Behavior Therapist, where she provided behavior therapy to support childhood
development during structured play-based learning activities. Esther was promoted to Behavior Consultant at Behavior
Interventions in October 2011. Currently, Esther is pursuing studies in Speech and Language Pathology at LaSalle University,
and learning American Sign Language.

Carly McDevitt, M.Ed. Behavior Consultant
Carly completed her Associates in Science from Harcum College
in 1998. During this time, she expanded her early childhood education experience as a preschool teacher's aide at Little
People daycare. In 2003, Carly completed her Bachelors in Psychology at Temple University and continued her field experience
as a Behavioral Therapist for children with developmental delays and ASD. Under the supervision of a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst, Carly gained knowledge and experience in the application of Applied Behavior Analysis with children in home
and school environments. In 2007, she completed her Masters in Education with a concentration in Special Education at
Arcadia University. Currently, Carly is completing an Applied Behavior Analysis Certificate program at Penn State
University. She joined Behavior Interventions team as a Behavior Consultant where she plans to continue her professional
knowledge and experience within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
